Payment Options

I aim to make the financial aspect of your care as transparent and straightforward as possible. My practice accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate your needs, including direct insurance billing for participating plans, self-pay options, and all major credit cards. You may also use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for eligible services and co-pays.

Billing FAQ

How do copays and deductibles work?

A copay is a fixed amount you pay at each visit. A deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before insurance starts covering costs. I verify these details before your first appointment.

What are out-of-network benefits?

If I am not in your insurance network, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. You pay the full fee upfront, and I provide a superbill for you to submit to your provider.

I also offer out-of-pocket options which I charge at $200 per follow up session and $350 for the initial intake. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice incur $150 fee

Will I receive a superbill?

By request, I provide detailed superbills at the end of each month. These documents include all the coding required by insurance companies for potential reimbursement.

What payment methods are accepted?

I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards. Payments are processed securely via my patient portal at the time of service.
